Whether it was rage infected monkeys, evil corporation viruses gone wrong or a demonic force the world is now dying.
The plague hit the nations of the earth and the dead returned as the living dead. Zombies.
Whatever the cause is unclear but there is a place safe. were the infection didn't reach fast enough. Known simply as The City the occupants received warning of a zombie outbreak and instead of going into a mass panic they protected themselves.
They put up mass walls that surrounded the whole city and recruited a militia from the people. they became a nation unto themselves.
Others came and joined them and when the zombies came they were safe.
But as with all things like castles and sieges, supplies run low. And tempers can run high.
But that dosent matter at the moment because the people here are safe. This is a message to any survivors.
Please we have shelter, we have food and we have medical supplies.
