Testing Caine

Once they got to the hospital stefany put caine into a wheel chair and got him into a room. She did what she was suppose to and tested him more trying to find out how infected he was.

he slept still but the tests would show that the infection had spread completly through his system and that it was a non aggresive version... something that doctor nesbit had tried to create

~next day~

Stefany walked into Caine's room with the file of all his testing. She sat in a chair beside his bed and read over it. She hadn't let anyone handle his testing or his file she couldn't risk people panicking about his infection. She kept the real file with her and gave in another report for checking. She sighed and lit up a smoke as she read over it.

he opened his eyes and just staired at th switched off ceiling fan

Stefany finished her smoke and stood up walking over to the window and threw it out the window. She turned back seeing his eyes open. "Sleeping beauties awake?" She said with a smile.

"Stef" he smiled weakly "...Im infected" his voice was weak

"I know..." She said sadly and sat down in the chair beside the bed again. "No one else dose... Your infection isn't infectious but its still inside you... i dont know how it will effect you..."

"I havent eaten slept or drank anything for a month...I kjust walked" he recounted

"How do you feel?" She asked standing up checking his chart.

"Thirsty...hungry... tired and really dry

"There serving lunch soon, want some water?" She asked smiling at him happy that he was back.

he nodded "How have you been?"

She got him a cup of water, "Very sad." She said putting a straw int he cup and holding it so he could drink. "Better now that your back."

he smiled and drank "good" he said about her happines and the water

She put it on the side table, "What happened? .... after the explosion i thought you were dead..."

"I thought I was... I saw my brother before...I thought he was dead but he was one of nesbits last creations... He bit me"

She frowned, "stupid doctor..." She mumbled angrily.

"I wanna go home... I wanna sleep..." he wanted to say with her but thought better of it

She nodded, "You can go home... if you start to feel different of strange call me." She said handing him a bag with some clothing in it.

"Oh your not coming?" he asked disapointed

She smiled, "Do you want me to go?" She asked.

"Well... Yeah"

"I'll see if i can get the rest of the day off." She said, "get dressed." She said as she walked out of the room.

he started to get dress covering his wound completly it was now just a small scar

She knocked on the door. "I can take you home." she said waiting outside the room for him.
