"oh fuck..." she said sighing. She noticed movement in the lab again. "Caine lets get out of here... now please."

Caine turned and shot over her shoulder, there was another infected, its head burst from the hollow tip round, the dr rushed caine and started to wrestle him to the ground for the weapon

Stefany shot the doctor in the leg. "Back off ass hole." She said her gun still aimed at the doctor. Then out of the lab this strange looking thing bust thought the door.

"ARGH!" the doctor screamed and rolled offf caine "?KIll them!" the infected behind the glass rammed it constantly and screams unnatural could be heard

Caine stood drawing a second pistol and emptying a round into the doctors head

"Fuck lets get out of here now!" Stefany said not wanting to stick around.

he yelled into the mic "ALL TEAMS EVAC NOW!" shots rang out "Lets go" he said moving fast to the door

She fallowed after him glancing back. "We cant let those things out of this city." She told him, "If they get out there could over run us."

"We gotta blow it"

She nodded in agreement. "But how? its not like we can call a air raid."

"We gotta find away...anything like a gas station and enough c4 and we should be able to blow it all" screams were getting closer

"I seen a gas station on the way here." She said, "Hopefully it not tapped out."

"Alright lets move" he said hurrying "You take point"

"Take point?" She was confused by what he meant. "I'm not in the bloody military..." She said with a sigh as she opened the door of the hospital stepping out into the city.

"Its mean lead the way Ill watch your back" he sighed

She smiled at him and winked, "You look hot when your all solder like." She said before heading off to where she seen the gas station gun drawn and ready.

he laughed and followed he turned and shot an infected in the head "There getting closer...these look normal"

"Must be Dr. Shit-heads 'perfection'" She said seeing the gas station. "There it is!" She called out running over to it.

A huge infected walked out of the station "he...hel...help me...." it struggled to say

Stefany aimed her gun at it. "Stay were you are." She said with wide eyes. She had never heard an infected talk. It scared her because she didn't know if she could kill it.

it fell on its knees, it was weeping "help...me..."

Slowly she walked closer to it. 'This is stupid... it could be triking me...' she thought as she stopped. "...Whats wrong?" She asked standing just out of arms reach gun still aimed but slightly lowered.

"It hurts...It all hurts" caine stepped next to her and looked at the infected cautiously

She looked at Caine with a hopeless look. "...I dont know what to do..." She said depressed.

he aimed the gun and fired, the infected stopped weeping and died. Caine shook his head "It was suffering"

"...it was almost cured..." She said as she took a test tube out of her bag and got a sample of its blood. "fuck..." she said with a sigh. "I fucking hate this." She went over to the pumps and seen if there was any gas in them.
