"Quick...lets hurry..." he was feeling weird

She nodded, "There should be enough here." She said spilling some on the floor. "Once i light it we have to run like hell." She told him.

he couldnt hear, it was like shell shock, he looked around

"Caine?" She asked looking over at him. "Whats wrong?"

he looked at her, he couldnt hear her at all

"Caine?" She asked now worried. She walked up to him examining him. "Caine, Are you ok?"

Their was a massive roar, the infected had broken through...the perfects

"Shit!" She said and grabbed Caines hand, "Come one we have to run." She told him as she pulled him along lighting a match and throwing it to the line of gas.

he ran with her slowly he was hearing again

She ran up the stains by the walk and looked at him. "Are you alright? Can you climb down?" She asked handing him the rope.

he nodded and looked back the infected were on their tails "you...you go... Ill buy you some time..." he dropped the rope ad stood at the stairs pistols drawn

"The gas tanks are going to blow any second." She said in a panic. "Lets go." she grabbed a rope out of her bag and hooked it to the wall. "let go down now, we can go together if thats what your being all cow boy about."

"No that snot what I mean... Those infected are coming...they wont die in this explosion... Go... Ill meet you on the out side" he looked back down the perfects were leaping across roof tops and now climbing the stair case "Go Ill be fine"

"Theres nothing we can do about them now." She said worried, "I dont want to leave you."

"Go now" he said not looking at her he fired a few rounds at the infectedpped after 3 rounds had been planted in its head. but it had not died

She sighed and took out some reloads and placed them in his back pocket. "What is this going to accomplish? how are you suppose to get back?"

"dont worry just go" one of the infected looked like someone he knew...someone he had tried to kill

She hesitated before nodding, "Please be careful." She said as she started to climb down the wall.

he shot the infected as they came on
he was getting closer, he hesitated as the infected presented a leader, infront of him stood a 7 foot perfect infected man... who looked like his older brother dave.
The petrol station exploded engulfing the city in fire

Stefany had just reached the ground and looked up to see if he was ok. But she didn't have to much time because the infected down below were getting out of hand. She shot a few in the head trying to make it to the jeeps.

caine lay amongst the undead, the city burnt

She got to the jeeps and looked up to see where caine was. "Caine?!" She yelled out the men in the jeeps wanted to leave. She looked around for him before having to kill more infected. "Caine!" she wondered if she should go back and look for him.

He pushed the charred corpse off him and looked around his brothers infected corpse had vanished he stood trying to remmember the explosion when he felt a searing pain in his shoulder, he had been bitten by his brother

"Caine!?" Stefany kept calling out hoping he'd answer as the men in the jeeps started the engens ready to go.

he coughed and stood he was in a daze
